Yiamas!

Greek Night at Exeter Street Hall, Brighton.
It was predicted to be a good night and it did not disappoint. THGI’s Greek Night was a well thought out celebration of Greek food and wine, coupled with a community spirit, in our own (warm) Hall that the Greeks would be proud of.

Greek Night at Exeter Street Hall, Brighton.Sam Redfern, a pop-up restaurateur who has recently moved to the area, treated us to a homemade three-course meal accompanied by tasters of Greek wine along the journey. Starting with a mezze of Greek salad, humous, tzatziki, vine leaves, taramasalata and pitta bread and accompanied by a light Rosé, we then tucked into a hot main choice of beef, pork or vegetarian moussaka with a full bodied red wine, finishing up with a superb baklava and a dessert wine, that left me wanting more.

A great night was had by all and many thanks to Sam and THGI events team for a well organised community event.

This event was sold out, with 20 people on the waiting list. We will be running more events like this one in the future, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Try your own baklava.
