Communlty Yoga Class
I have recently trained as a Hatha Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga. My teaching is mainly influenced by Vinyasa Flow. (Synchronised movement with breath).
This energising Monday morning Community Yoga Class will embrace a playful approach to breathing, postures and relaxation techniques by exploring ways to unite the mind, body and breath.
