The Eco Open Houses Trail 2014 is scheduled in October to coincide with the start of the ‘heating season’ – a good time to think about how fuel bills can be reduced when it’s cold – and provides an opportunity for people to visit new and renovated houses showcasing inspiring ways to reduce your energy and water bills at this upcoming event.
We’re delighted that Exeter Street Hall made the cut, thanks to our commitment to restore the Hall and reduce its environmental impact as sustainably as possible. It’s early days, but we’ve made a start with commercial LED lighting units, a densely insulated new roof and the replacement of an inefficient heating system.
