The Hall Get Involved Limited is a community benefit Industrial and Provident Society, registered with the Financial Services Authority (under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965) as registration number 31628R.
We are governed by rules that detail the nature of the shares and the management and constitution of the society.
We successfully applied to HMRC to be recognised as a charity for tax purposes. The application meant that in November 2012 we had to change our original Rules of June 2012.
