Can you lend a Hand?
It’s nearly the Easter holidays, which means the hall will be closed for works again and the building team is once more looking for volunteers to help spruce the place up. The main jobs this time will be revamping the boys’ toilets (requiring skills such as plumbing, plastering and electrics), clearing the back yard (lots of tip runs to be done) and, weather permitting, painting the external window frames at the front of the building.
If you are able to help out during the holidays from Monday 30th March onwards, please contact Amanda ([email protected]) if/when you’re likely to be available, but if you’re not sure, it’s fine just to turn up on the day during that first week. After that best to check before coming that a team will still be on site. Materials will be provided, but any tools you have for the above jobs would be handy.
